My food was so good today I had to leave a review! My iced coffee and chocolate chip muffin were 10/10, and my sister said her breakfast sandwich and hash brown were the best she's ever had. You definitely understood the assignment today. Great job to the whole team, keep up the awesome work!
I had a really poor experience today at this location. I went to grab coffee and donuts with my mom through the drive through, and we were handed our items when my mom requested a sleeve for her coffee, and I had requested a straw after to which the lady audibly went “Oh, my God!” in an extremely rude way as she shut the drive through window. She then raised her voice at my mom telling her she was parked too far from the window, and complained that she had to stretch her arm out the window. Very dramatic and rude for no reason. To top it off, as we drove away, I noticed there was a hair in the icing of my donut (pictured), and at that point we drove back to complain in person. If I knew her name, I would have put it in this review, but she didn’t have a nametag, or at least it was covered by her jacket. I understand that sometimes customers can be a bit of a pain, as I also work in customer service, but this was uncalled for as we were kind and respectful. I find this location to have poor cleanliness, and I am turned off from coming here.
I went in the drive through today and asked for an extra large French vanilla and gave the code after doing the survey, the lady in the drive through was so rude and talking so unprofessionally and said they don’t do it anymore… I said then I don’t want it cause even today morning I got a coffee from another store but there was no problem she was being so rude and trying to fight is that how they treat customers in this Tim Hortons?!!!! So rude people!! I then went to another Tim and they didn’t even ask anything and gave it! We have to take a long while to do the survey and it’s a benefit code they use and still they did that so disappointing and super dissatisfied with the workers in this location!!!
The staff are in such a rush I’m convinced they’re steps away from tossing your food into the car to avoid you having to stop. I ordered a scrambled egg wrap and asked to add lettuce and tomatoes and this is the nonsense they gave me. It’s time to play where are the eggs? Because clearly they must have sprinkled them in here, this wrap had the texture of a slipper from the dollar store. It’s one thing for the Tim Hortons to look like a recycling centre on the outside, but to have service that matches the speed of NASCAR drivers and food that tastes horrible is next level.
